After my car accident a week ago, I'm really nervous about travelling! (No, my parents arent going to stop me from trying, but I AM still nervous.) I've never driven that far before, and if it snows, I don't know if I'll be going. Weather forecasts say it should be warm by then, but if that changes and we get snow again and the roads are bad.... Theres noooo way. Sad

also whoops i accidentally booked a hotel near the wrong venue! (I put in the address for the Pabst Theater, not Turner Ballroom!) Changed it tho lol. That would have sucked.

That was good. Had to laugh..we are the only insane group of people who would go nuts over flutes...unless we were at a Jethro Tull concert of course!

That was great, Millie! Thank you so much!

[Jethro Tull made me love the jazz flute, Srta!]

What an incredible show! Sorry I haven't gotten around to posting anything yet, once we got back I was a little overwhelmed by everything waiting to be done!

This was such an incredible concert, the flute duet was amazing! I never once doubted the boys, but I needed a show experience to truly verify that yes, they're back and better than ever! Such a fun, fun show. Midnight freakin' rocked his new part as mummy-of-all-trades. I definitely missed J's presence, but more so during the MG than the show. And the MG was incredible in and of itself! Mille and I had a near-perfect run -- we got hugs and pictures and signatures from everybody but Eddie, who peaced out a little earlier than we were expecting. But still, what an experience! I'm starting to see why they call it the LoveFest tour!

I'm organizing and uploading pictures now, I'll post a link when they're done! Smile

Here are my photos! I haven't gone through my videos yet, those are next on my list!
https://www.flickr.com/gp/138585848@N08/03dc90

Some overall thoughts/impressions/memories from this show:
-Mine and Mille's first true front-row experience. We've always been second row.
-There was no barrier so we were right up at the base of the stage
-We were on the horn-y side of the stage but also pretty close to center -- We noticed Cass glance at us a couple of times!
-Rah was directly in front of us and a bit of a camera hog -- he got in the way of some pictures of Spaz that would've been really great Razz
-Mummy Yo acknowledged us several times, coming over to give us high fives. We noticed him cracking up as we were dancing and singing the horn parts! He even gave me a thumbs up during Freak Flag when I was waving mine around!
-Mille and I had green mardi gras beads around our neck and I gave some to Rah during the intro, he wore them for the rest of the show
-The flute duet was pretty freakin' awesome!
-The new songs are AWESOME!
-Will Pharaoh is such a cutie, he smiled so much during the show and he looked like he was having a blast!!
-Mille used her decoder ring to translate the hieroglyphs on the base of the anubis statues on either side of the drumset -- of course, one says "BOOB" and the other says "DONG"
- As I said before, the MG was amazing, and all the boys seemed to have so much energy and really good spirits. We had Rah, Yo and Midnight sign some reeds that we had brought, and they commented that we used good reeds Laughing
